Refund policy

Our 30-day promise

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the faulty item back.

Changed your mind?

Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. We'll email you return instructions and the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds

We'll email you once your return has arrived and been checked. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you return one item from a multi-pack, the refund is the share of the pack price you paid for it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. Contact us through our contact page and we'll help.
